Detail : This was a special challenge from the moment we bid on the project. Though the tonnage wasn’t particularly great, 24 78’ 0" trusses had to be built in time to enable a regular flow to the work area once our raising gangs were mobilized. Four of the trusses weighed nearly 20,000 pounds each.All our team masterfully orchestrated the logistics of design, detailing and production, and delivery and installation at the work site. Once this challenge was met, the onsite installation work was unstoppable.

It is important to point out that much of the work in this project was carried out on existing facilities. We coordinated with the general contractor and the client so that we could optimize our work in reinforcing joists, adding a monorail and demolishing certain structural components while minimizing any inconvenience for the client.
